Reach Property Solutions (RPS) will assume the complete services required for maintaining and managing a telecommunication site by harnessing our proven track record, vast technical and management expertise. The process will entail concluding a master lease agreement on the properties for the various equipment and by ceding all these telecommunication leases from the landlord to RPS. Subsequently the ceded rentals will be collected and paid in one consolidated rental to the landlord. 

In addition to the financial and leasing management of your rooftop space, RPS clients also receive the same benefits and services provided to all Reach Infrastructure Management clients.

We provide fully managed smart sub-meters to accurately measure telecom equipment electricity usage, collecting utility charges directly from tenants and delivering a single, consolidated payment to the landlord.
